Our Cubs to Lions Mentoring Program; desires to integrate youths into the life of the community, to prepare them to become leaders now and tomorrow. To equip today’s youth in the work of service. We will take a team approach, which values the active support and involvement of parents and other adults in caring for the youth. Our goal is to lead the youth to live a life that is pleasing to God and guide them to grow into spiritually mature adults. We will assist parents by partnering with them in their God given role of teaching and training their children to (1) know God, (2) cultivate Christ character, (3) apply scriptural truth to daily life, (4) serve God and others.
We will provide a place for youth to be around other people their age, and around older mature adults, as well as around children who are younger than they are. We will remember that a youth program will not substitute the commitment that parents make to nurture their children into mature adulthood. Through a variety of programs, events and outreach, we seek to draw young people into responsible participation in the life, work and mission of our community.
Supportive Living Residential Facility, to be operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
