Philosophy: Alpha & Omega Community Services standards, policies and procedures regarding Compliance will be applicable to the laws of the District of Columbia laws governing financial relationships among health care providers and/or other potential sources of referrals and are designed to ensure that the business billing practices comply with applicable laws. This compliance policy also reaffirms Alpha & Omega’s commitments to the delivery of quality services are consistent with applicable state and federal health and safety standards.
