Veteran/Seniors Supports/ In- Home Care Management Coordination

In-Home Veteran/Senior Support Program is committed to providing high quality, client-centered and affordable In- Home Support Services to our clients to assist them to lead dignified and independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes. Their individual needs are carefully assessed, understood and met through the selective assignment of qualified, trustworthy and compassionate personnel.

Housing Program for Homeless Citizens  

The focus of this mission is to work collaboratively with HUD to meet the need for quality, affordable rental homes; utilize housing as a platform for improving quality the quality of life for homeless District of Columbia’ Citizens. We will build inclusive and sustainable communities free from discrimination, and helplessness, while transforming the lives of the people we serve.

Health and Wellness Program 

This program incorporates all aspects of being. We provide resources, information, assessment, and interventions so that you can make informed, health-promoting decisions and changes in a way that empowers you.

Our health care professionals have merged their specialties so that we may offer you a holistic approach to health and wellness. For the person who seeks health-related information, primary health care, or counseling and psychological assistance, the Program offers a wide variety of resources which will focus upon improving well-being.
