Kelvin Blowe is a native of Maryland, graduating from Suitland High School. Kelvin has spent his earlier years serving and caring for his grandmother up until her passing. He has had an upbringing in spirituality and service to others. Kelvin continued this service to others by joining the United States Marine Corps in 2010 where he served until 2015. Kelvin’s stint in the Marine Corps included several deployment programs including Afghanistan. Kelvin is now the Veterans Affairs Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Alpha & Omega Community Services Corporation. As a veteran, Kelvin takes a personal pride in ensuring that all of our veteran clients receive all the support and services they require. Kelvin counsels our veterans on educational and other benefits to which they may be entitled. Kelvin acts as a liaison between our veteran clients and other community programs and resources which may be available to them.
